About
I have spent my career working within £1.5bn+ turnover food businesses in both the Corporate and Family-Owned spaces, starting out as a Marketing Assistant, moving through Category, Commercial Marketing and Transformation leadership roles ahead of joining the Executive Team as Business Alignment Director, a role I held in two separate businesses. Throughout my career I have always been passionate about ensuring people are set up for success, enabling this through coaching and mentoring, utilising profiling tools to enhance ways of working, establishing and leading business DE&I programmes and facilitating executive board and leadership group sessions. This passion to support others with their professional growth has become my sole focus, working one-to-one with individuals in either a coaching or mentoring capacity to help them achieve their goals.
